A Walk to the Harbour

Sorry everyone missed a day, but not much happened just went to stitching at the club and Grant and I went for a short walk.
But here I have pictures for you as we walked down to the harbor today!! I thought it was going to be a haul so I packed a water bottle and my camera, Grant laughed at me and said what ever. We headed out and it was only about 10 blocks, but you must realize that our blocks are about 2 of there's, but up and down the hills.
this is just a picture of the landscape

there seagulls here are BIG!!

in this picture is part of a dry dock with 2 cranes in back ground

here you can see a container ship in the back and a oil tanker on the right hand side(just the front of it)

this is a picture of 2 off shore drilling rigs and if you look hard you will see a container ship on the right hand side of it, the one Grant is working on will be bigger than these two, but his rig is drilling and production.

this picture and the next one are both the oil tanker

you can see the little boat coming in from sea, it looks so small against those rigs, the next picture is the fishing boat. Its not huge but still those rigs are massive.

this is the fishing boat
when you are walking though the streets the are bars and pubs allover the place, I just got a kick out of the name of this one.

sorry this is sideways, but this is to show you how they park their bikes, most of them are delivery bikes, and when you are walking you have to be very careful beside they ride down the sideways to get around the traffic

this corner we came up on, we were wondering if it gave crazy corner in Leduc a run for its money, lol it has 5 streets coming into one, and look at that one building on the right its so skinny

better picture of skinny building

this is some of there man hole covers.

See ya all tomorrow :)
