A walk through the open market

Grant and I went for a stroll and went to see what we could see at the open market downtown in Okpo (that is were we live). Well there were some cool things and some things I am not to sure about. All I know is I think the only thing I will buy from the open market is fruit and veggies! It is very clean but not to sure on some of there dishes.
This is only part of it
This lady was selling all kinds of fish and ocean creatures, like octopus, and not to sure on the other things.

House hunting

So a company called Asain Tigers came to the hotel on Friday and picked us up to go find our house. It turned out to be a wonderful day, we looked at 6 different places, three of them are brand new. We took one of the new ones which were more modern style, and to go to the grocery store I will go in the elevator to floor three then catch another elevator which takes you right into the store. We will be on floor 18 and has beautiful views of the mountains, part of the enterance to the shipyard on the water and we have the international school across the street, so I can watch the kids.
This is our building, the one with the red and white flag on it.
Asain Tigers also took us around to see where other places are located, like the hospital, the main beach(didn't dip our toes though, to cold!) open market, where Grant's office building is. They also took us out for lunch. We were very tired by the time we got back to the hotel but at least we know we have a house now, we do not get to move in until Stat Oil ok the safety of there standards to it and then it will be cleaned and made ready for us to move in. It is a fully furnished apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a office as well. I will post some pictures after we get moved in, which will most likely be about March 1st.

Flight to South Korea

Well we made it,and it only took 22 hours, but we are safe and sound. The flights were good, Stat Oil had us booked first class all the way, and on the longest leg of the trip which was Vancouver to Tokyo we had a pod on the plane. You ask what the ??? Is a pod, well it is a little section of the plane to yourself, and believe it or not the chair makes down into a bed. There is even electronic control for lumbar support and matteress firmness.
My pictures are not that great but here are some of the pod
This is a remote control for the T.V. And to run the chair
Also you can run the chair with the touch screen
My personal T.V.
And they even gave us slippers to wear instead of our shoes!! As well as a kit with a toothbrush and tooth paste, eye mask, clean socks, earplugs, hand wipes, had lotion, lip balm and a mint.as well a a pillow and not a plastic one, and a really nice blanket as well you can see it by my feet.
Here is Grant, doesn't he look impressed, lol.
And me with my empty glass of sparkling wine that they gave me as soon as we boarded the plane. Well I can sure say I felt like a redneck queen!!
